I'm a self-taught baker out of Hyderabad. Rebel Cake started in my home kitchen and stayed there. No team. No factory. Just me, the oven, and a lot of butter.

I read cookbooks the way other people read novels - Yotam Ottolenghi, Claire Saffitz, Yossy Arefi, Nicola Lamb, Ravneet Gill. I love eating when I travel and I bring the ideas that I find back into the bakes I make - in a way that's me. Big. Chaotic. Humble.

What we believe

Dessert culture is all about trends now. Guilt-free eating, Dubai chocolate, matcha everything. Rebel Cake lives in the opposite. Texture and balance are everything. As is freshness.
